Blueberry Lemonade Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups Berrybogg Farm's blueberries
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¾ cup water
- Store bought lemonade (we used Paul Newman’s)
- Lemon (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix blueberries, sugar and water together in pan. Cook over medium heat until blueberries have broken down. This will take 5 to 10 minutes. Let this mixture cool and then pour into a high speed blender or food processor. We used our blender and didn’t have to pour it through a sieve to get rid of any bits of skin but you can keep the pieces if you like.
- Pour around ½ cup of the blueberry mixture into a glass, fill with ice cubes and then pour lemonade on top. Top with lemon slices or fresh blueberries for a refreshing drink.
