Easy Blueberry Breakfast Cookies

Serves: 12 to 16 cookies
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1½ cups quick cooking oatmeal
- ¼ cup almond butter(we used no salt and no added sugar Trader Joe's)
- 2 to 4 tablespoons of real maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 to 1½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
- Add oatmeal, almond butter, maple syrup and cinnamon, mixing thoroughly.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Place by large spoonfuls on parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake in oven for 15 to 17 minutes.
- Cool completely on wire rack.
