Combine strawberries, rhubarb, lemon juice and water in saucepan and cook on medium heat until fruit is soft. Strain this mixture into a bowl/container using a sieve or strainer.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, agave nectar and 3 ounces of the strained strawberry rhubarb mixture.
Shake for a few seconds and pour into your favorite martini glass.
