chicken-blue-salad-001We are pleased to offer cooking classes for the fourth year at the farm to be held in the farm kitchen. Our chefs/teachers will be local cooking professionals preparing some wonderful food experiences. Inside classes are limited to 12 people and will be observation classes with food and recipes provided. Classes are 1.5 to 2 hours long and will concentrate on using fresh and local foods in the recipes. Both of these classes include demo, cooking tips, recipes and sampling of dishes prepared.
